Bees, Come and See!!

This is a workshop for kids 12 years old and under.  Enjoy a story and information about bees, followed by viewing time of a live observation beehive!
This is great for libraries, schools, day cares, after school programs, and home school group events. 

Equipment

Bee suit, smokers, and other tools...
Learn how to put on a bee suit and use the tools.  See real frames with wax comb from a hive.  No bees of course.

What's Inside The Hive

Don't worry, participants won't be Popping the top of a live hive!  But they will be learning what goes on, and who lives, inside!

See Live Bees

Participants will see and hear live bees as they work busily on real frames from a hive.  The young lady here now has her own beehives!
