Sold Individually.This heirloom dark blue-blue ribbed pumpkin-like squash was introduced to the United States in 1932 from Arthur Yates & Company of Sydney. Squash such as this are called pumpkins in Australia. Aussies love this vegetable and prepare it in countless ways, one of the most popular being a pumpkin/squash soup. This fall squash has a very thick orange meaty sweet flesh that is excellent for cooking. Use for fall decoration and then store in a cool spot in the house or root cellar for winter use.
